- Speech recognition - in addition to key pad entry, numbers and service selections (e.g., "voice mail," "call office," etc.) may be spoken for convenient, hands-free operation.
- Dedicated, toll-free access - reduces length of number strings, streamlining data entry.
- Direct dialing options - call anywhere in the United States; place calls from Canada, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
- Cash Guard® expense control - allows corporate control of calling card usage levels.
- Operator assistance - available when required.
- Call delivery - allows a message to be recorded and delivery attempted up to eight times (15 minutes apart) at the date and time you schedule within the U.S.
- Directory assistance - for numbers within the U.S. and Canada
- # and * functions - the # key allows the caller to place another call without redialing the toll free number and/or card number; *-key deletes misdialed information and allows caller to enter new information without redialing the entire call.
