We are always working to make more services available to all our valued customers, and we're designing a variety of value-added, self-service applications to help you manage your account.

Although there are currently some uCommand services not available to all of our customers, please continue to visit this web site regularly.

Please contact your Customer Support Manager, if you are a Global Crossing customer and would like to know more about uCommand or its availability.


North America
uCommand is currently available to Global Crossing Enterprise, Carrier and Residential customers in North America.

IXNET, Global Crossing Financial Services Customers will soon be able to:

  • Interact with customer service online
  • Search/view invoices and statements online
  • Obtain answers to frequently asked invoice questions
  • Browse helpful hints on how to read your invoice/statement
  • Maintain account administration preferences: add users; change passwords; and change your profile
  • Manage service tickets online -- add, edit, view

Europe, Latin America and Asia
uCommand currently provides select customers in Europe, Latin America and Asia:

  • Interaction with customer service online
  • IP statistics reporting
  • Account administration: add users; change passwords; and change user profiles
  • Request an invoice reprint
