To help you understand and quantify the savings associated with migrating your voice, video and data networks to a fully converged IP network, Global Crossing has developed a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) or Convergence Calculator.
The calculator allows an enterprise to analyze the savings associated with a migration to a fully converged IP network and, more importantly, it allows TCO to be analyzed incrementally at various stages of the convergence migration path. For example, a customer can analyze the savings associated with migrating their data applications from an existing Frame/ATM network to an IP VPN network, and then examine the incremental savings of integrating IP voice, video, and/or Internet access services on to the VPN. A complete User's Guide is also provided and includes instructions on how to use the Calculator and review results.
